Intensive Intermediate is over. I went back to Amsterdam and Levi (the Canadian 'wanker' on the right) stayed in Paris to do the last stretch - superior. We're pretty tired indeed!

In Basic Cuisine I had quite a few burns from hot ovens and pots and pans on my hands and fingers ....... What will happen this year? The total count so far is : 23, - one burn on my elbow... (and 1 'mandolin'-cut)
